Eco Alianza 2025 Annual Report

Eco-Alianza de Loreto, A.C., is an NGO, founded in 2007. In 2025, we completed NGOsource’s Equivalency Determination process that certifies our organization is equivalent to a U.S. public charity. This can make it easier for companies and funders based in the United States to collaborate with our organization. .

Eco-Alianza priorities are to protect the Bay of Loreto National Park and all of its islands that are part of the Protected Areas of the Gulf of California UNESCO World Heritage site and its terrestrial surroundings.

Eco-Alianza continues to build strong partnerships with other NGOs, government agencies, local government and national and international academic institutions. We conduct water quality monitoring and raise public awareness of the value of the area’s marine, coastal, and terrestrial habitats to foster environmental research and Environmental Education programs resulting in a better and healthier life for its citizens.
